Who should apply?
We understand that selecting the right home for yourself or a loved one can be a difficult decision. We want to provide you with confidence and peace of mind when joining the Autumn Place family. We have various levels of care from which to choose: Independent Living Apartments, Residential Care, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We would like to discuss the options that we have available with you and help answer any questions that you may have about us. We have financial options like Medicaid assistance for those individuals that qualify in Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri.
How to apply?
We recommend that you contact the facility Administrator/Manager or stop by the facility of your choice for a tour. Our staff is always available and delighted to give you a tour. Our corporate office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday thru Thursday and Friday by appointment.
